When you use this website we collect the details you enter in a form, and basic analytics such as the page you came from and advertising click identifiers.

How do we use it?

To provide your eye care, process NHS sight test claims, send appointment and recall reminders, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your information.

Who do we share it with?

Only with people involved in your care or payment, such as your GP or the hospital eye service, an optical laboratory making your lenses, the NHS, or where the law requires it.

How is it stored?

Records are kept securely with restricted access, and held for the periods required for health records in the UK.

What are my rights?

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Contact the practice to make a request. If you have a concern, contact us first; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
