Appointment requests

Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed when our team contacts you. For sudden vision changes or an eye injury, call the practice, NHS 111 or 999.

Cancellations

Please let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment.

Fees

Fees for private tests, contact lenses and eyewear are explained before you commit. NHS sight tests are free for people who qualify.
